c. Develop and implement, policies, programs and projects towards the improvement of inter-governmental relations at the state and local government levels;
d. Monitoring and certification of implementation of ZIP/CP and all key projects and initiatives;
e. Actively collaborate with the private sector to create employment for Nigerian youths; and
f. Develop, implement and coordinate Poverty eradication programmes for Sustainable National Development.
